Terms and Conditions

 -CID reserves the right to cancel or end a signed agreement with a client if there is bullying, verbal abuse, sexual harassment, racial slurs or anything deemed as threatening behavior. Upon ending the agreement, the fees paid to CID will not be refunded to the client. All further responsibilities of CID for the project have been released and voided. 

-If items are purchased for the project by CID, the client is responsible for reimbursement within 48 hours. If reimbursement is after 48 hours, a $25 dollar a day penalty will be added onto the balance due. 

-All work carried out by a third party in conjunction with the project, will be paid in full for services rendered by the client.

-CID is not held liable for any or all disputes, damage or incomplete work by the third party. Clients are in a legally binding agreement with the third party excluding CID from any monetary or physical obligations. 

-CID has a list of vendors, contractors, and tradesmen that we have a prior working relationship. At no time is the client required to use this list. 

-CID will respond to all requests in a timely manner. This is solely up to CID’s discretion to not respond after business hours or on days in which they are closed. 

-All proposals, designs, and information acquired during a project is the sole creative property of CID. This may not be completed, used in advertisement or any other way in part or in full by any other company or personally without written consent of CID. 

-If the client is in breach of using CID creative property without written consent, a $1500 fee will be accessed. 

-If the $1500 fee is not paid in full upon request, CID reserves the right to seek the payment through the courts.  

-If the client of CID has to cancel or stop a project for any reason before completion, there will be a prorated services fee due within 48 hours unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by CID. 

-Service quote fee will be provided 50% before any actions towards the project start. On completion the remaining 50% will be due on the day of completion. 

-If for any reason the remaining 50% fee is not provided on the day of completion, a $50 per day charge with added to the remaining balance until said balance is paid in full. 

-If extensive travel is needed in conjunction with the project, an added fee with be added to the original service quote. It can be paid immediately or added to the remaining balance upon completion. A $2 per mile fee will be added for any mileage over 40 miles in one day.
