• Can be done in stages as budget and time allows
• We will coordinate and receive quotes from all vendors, contractors, and tradesman used in the project (we have a list but you are not required to use our list)

• We will create and propose choices in all areas...colors, furniture, construction, decor, window treatments, lighting, flooring, and more
• Personal shopping with or without the client
• We handle price negotiation with vendors, contractors, and tradesman
• Update the client on progress and budget.

• This is a top to bottom package. All inclusive

We are available to install/stage new décor and furniture at the appropriate time so the client receives a complete design (does not include window treatment installation). This is an additional charge. Price varies depending on the Scope of the Work.
